Join Niki for a very special Pilates experience as we team up with The Mourne Chamber Festival. Flow through the classical mat Pilates repertoire accompanied by beautifully arranged music performed live by a string quartet. The classical repertoire is made up of the 34 original exercises created by Joseph Pilates — designed to be performed as a continuous, flowing sequence. Each movement builds on the last, creating a balanced, full-body workout. This class focuses on precision, control, and breath-led movement rather than speed or high repetitions. Niki will guide you through the sequence, helping you develop strength, flexibility, and deep core control. Please note: •Prior Pilates experience is essential •Bring your own mat
